So guess what, i’ve actually lost some weight. When i started this whole thing i was around 58/59 kg, and now im around 55 kg. It’s not alot but my goal was never (and still isnt) to lose weight. Good day today !:) Soccer + Yoga/Pilates/Tai chi + 30 minutes focusing on just my tummy and butt + walking home from the gym + walking around shopping. Ate really healthy today as well, although i did have some ice cream, but i had to celebrate this day somwhow! Love this day! And guess who just purchased a pair of pants in size 34 and a crop top?! :D -H
So we did it, i actually smuggled in N to my gym! Epic! It really wasn’t that hard, but yeah we did it! So we started in the gym, trying some different machines (focusing on our legs and butts) and then we went to a class called CXWorx-something. It’s a 30 min class that is all about your abdominal muscles. Then afterward we did some stretching. This was thursday- todays is saturday...
